Bulk email verification is designed for a database, campaign export or CRM list that contains more than one address. It combines file parsing, deduplication, layered verification and downloadable reporting in one asynchronous job.
Built for more than a perfect CSV
Different tools export different delimiters, encodings and column names. ListCleaner previews the file, detects the likely structure and asks you to select the column containing the addresses. That explicit choice prevents a common failure mode: automatically selecting the wrong field when a file contains billing, contact and account emails.
Live progress without keeping a tab frozen
A bulk job is created quickly and processed in the background. The dashboard refreshes its status while cleaning continues. This approach is more resilient than holding one long browser request open, especially for large files or mail systems that require careful retries.
Results for different decisions
- Deliverable: addresses that passed the checks and can normally remain in the working list.
- Risky or catch-all: addresses that need policy-based handling rather than an automatic yes or no.
- Invalid or undeliverable: records that should normally be excluded from a send.
- Reason-level statuses: the more specific explanation behind the main classification.
When to verify in bulk
Use bulk verification before sending to an older list, migrating CRM data, onboarding a client database, reactivating a segment or importing records collected across multiple systems. For registration forms and live product flows, use single-address verification through the API.
